For 30+ years, I developed, managed, lead and supported organization change. I have designed and delivered business information systems on client facing projects through ICL(UK)Ltd and P-E Inbucon and subsequently as an independent consultant working collaboratively within teams across a wide range of different sectors including manufacturing, financial services, non-profit, central and local government.
Before my current career, I developed, managed, lead and supported organization change. At Reuters Plc, I managed key business change programmes, working closely with Directors and providing progress and risk reports to the Reuters Group Board. I have also coached and trained business executives, project managers and senior staff in education. pharmaceutical, oil, defence, public arts, non-profit, finance and technology sectors.
